Route Mon 1 June – Kawakawa to Kerikeri (my home)

Today I am riding home. Not to finish but for a blissful night in my own bed, and eating food from my fridge and to probably mow the lawns which I hear are knee height. I will be catching up with many many friends too. I will be hard to leave and do the last few days to the top.

  1. spotted you climbing the steep hill just north of kawakawa yesterday. i was in the old brown van going the opposite way, good to get a glimpse of the real thing. hope its been an epic journey so far and that the north treats you well.
